On 29 September 2011 ABN AMRO Bank N.V. announced it had reached an agreement with LGT Group on the purchase of LGT Bank Deutschland, LGT’s private banking activities in Germany.
Amsterdam, 8 December 2011 - On 29 September 2011 ABN AMRO Bank N.V. announced it had reached an agreement with LGT Group on the purchase of LGT Bank Deutschland, LGT’s private banking activities in Germany.
The completion was subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions. These conditions have been met and
as a result the acquisition of LGT Bank Deutschland was completed on 7 December 2011.
