- Position overview – end-of-day and intraday individual,consolidated book (ledger) balances, and value (available) balances. Easy access to account statement details, intra-day activity on accounts (intra-day statements and debit and credit confirmations), five-day projected balances and up to 60 days of historic data.
- Transaction search – use limited or extensive search criteria to search for individual transactions and check if they have been received or paid and reconcile a range of transactions.
- Intra-day transaction reports – indicate whether a particular transaction has been debited or credited after the last end-of-day account statement.
- Downloads – download balances and transaction data (comma separated and tab separated formats) and statements (standard SWIFT MT940/MT950 end-of-day and MT942 intra-day formats) to your treasury or accounting environment.
- Initiation of payment types -wires (urgent), bank cheque; -ACH (non-urgent), both single-credit and multiple-credit; domestic and intra-EU EC-compliant; - Bank cheques, company cheques, Nederlands acceptgiro, direct debit – Multi-bank and intra-company payments for financial institutions: MT103(+), MT110, MT200, MT202.
- Set-up of payment templates for future re-use.
- Payments warehousing with a future execution or value date up to 90 days ahead.
- Payment upload (import) function from accounting, treasury management or ERP system.
- Full, flexible control of user setup and rights and authorisation parameters with no need to contact ABN AMRO for changes.
- Central Bank reporting available for all European and some additional countries where it is required.
- Payment tracking and tracing; identify the status of payments entered, partly or fully authorised, on hold, need reworking, sent, accepted or rejected for processing – with full audit trail.
